If any life threatening hereditary problems arises with your puppy during the first three months (from the
date purchased), I will replace the puppy as soon as the next litter of puppies (like the one you purchased) Is available.The
sick or dead puppy you have is to be returned to me ..If the Buyer declines the replacement puppy, then the seller and
breeder shall be under no further obligation and it will be deemed that the Buyer has released the Seller and Breeder from
all further claims.
English Bulldogs are only covered for a period of one (1) year from oringinal purchase date. During which
time, this guarantee does not cover what bulldog breeds we consider normal : Cherry Eye. Entrophion,"loose hips" , Skin allergies
, Elongated soft palate, small trachea.
I do not guarantee the color, size or temperament of this puppy !
Conditions of puppy replacement:
PROOF THAT PUPPY WAS EXAMINED BY A VET WITHIN 48 HOURS OF PURCHASE DATE
You must have a vet verifications stating what was wrong with the puppy.
Proof the shots and worming were continued and up to date.
Immediate notification to me that there is a problem.
seller does not guarantee against low-blood sugar(hypoglycemia), or any of the following conditions. intestinal parasites(ie
cocciciosis,Giardia,tapeworms,Hookworms,roundworms) Kennel Cough,Skin and ear mites,Cherry Eye, Allergies,and inguinal,
perineal,or Diaphragmatic Hernation, Nor undescended testicles
I am not responsible for owner letting puppy get a sore throat or cold
I am not responsible for any vet bills that occur with this puppy after it leaves my care....
Deposit Policy
A deposit of $ ___ Is required to hold a puppy for you until it is weaned, at which time
the remainder of the cost for the puppy is due and at this time you will pick up your puppy. Deposits are non - refundable
should you decide not to pay for / pick up your puppy at the agreed upon date. The total purchase price of the puppy is non
- refundable and no replacement / exchanges will be made once a puppy has been purchased, except as noted above.This agreement
represents the total agreement between the Seller and the Buyer and no other terms or conditions shall be valid to this sale.
